Where we store your information
When you contact us by email or through our website, we store your your information in our Amazon RDS database server. If you sign up for our newsletter, we store your email address with Mailchimp, which is the email marketing platform we prefer to use. When you purchase something on our website, your information is stored in Magento 2, our ecommerce platform (which is hosted by Amazon Web Services), and RO Writer & Quickbooks, our customer account software. If we perform wholesale business with you, we store your information in our accounts software, RO Writer and Quickbooks. One of the reasons that we have chose to use these systems is due to their commitment to security.
What we use your information for
We occasionally use your contact information to send you details of our products and services. We will only do this if you have opted to receive comunications of this type from us. When we send you information, you have the option to unsubscribe from these communications and we will not send them to you again. We might also email or call you about our products and services, but if you tell us not to, we won’t contact you again. We will use your information to send you invoices, statements, reminders, or other information that is pertinent to your order.
Improving our practices
We use the non-personal analytics information gathered by Google and Facebook to improve the online shopping experience on our website for you and others. We also use the sales data collected through our website to offer you better deals and improve our advertising efforts.

Where we store your information in third-party services, we restrict access only to people who absolutely need it. We store passwords in an encrypted Amazon RDS server, and use a combination of password and secondary device authentication to ensure that it can only be accessed by us.
The computers we use for the processing of your information are all encrypted using 256 bit Bitlocker and are password protected as well. These computers require authentication whenever they’re started or logged off.

We take complaints very seriously.
