Important: By placing an order with NGA, Inc, you agree to allow us to charge your supplied credit card for the services / parts requested. Placing your order constitutes your signature. We will not process or ship an order that has a different person’s name on the credit card than your own. No exceptions. These errors will cause delays in processing. For any requested exceptions or for further information please call in your order at 410.994.0000.
Note that for credit card orders we ship to billing addresses only, with matching shipping address and credit card information! If you have supplied a different address for shipping it MUST be an approved billing address on file with your credit card company. If you enter different billing and shipping addresses or the credit card is not in your name it can cause delays in order processing and shipping. For international orders, we accept bank transfer, check, and PayPal only! Please note that any orders paid by check may incur a delay of up to 2 weeks due to bank processing (cashier’s checks often clear much faster).
For all PayPal orders, in the case of damage occuring while the item was in transit, we reserve the right to deny a refund or replacement items if a verified address is not used. If we can provide a refund or replacement parts we will, but due to the PayPal protection policies, there is no guarantee of reimbursement when shipped to an un-verified address.
Processing: We DO NOT process your credit card automatically. For customer security and to minimize fraudulent orders, we manually approve and process every order. All customers will be notified of a backorder situation before processing occurs. Please be sure to not assume that we have charged you; it is customer responsibility to properly manage their accounts and credit cards and NGP Racing cannot / will not be held liable for any overdraft fees, charges, or problems. Quite simply, you should always balance your accounts and double check before making any assumptions.
Communication: NGA, Inc, DBA NGP Racing may occasionally email customers to update them with current store, account or sales information which we think may be of interest. We will never sell, share or otherwise compromise your email address in any way. If you do not wish to receive these messages, simply unsubscribe when you receive your first message, or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will remove you from any databases for email offers.
All products sold by NGP Racing are sold with whatever warranty that manufacturer offers, if any. NGP will not cover any shipping or labor costs related to warranty coverage on any products sold by NGP. In the instance of FK Automotive products imported by NGP and sold in the USA, NGP Racing will honor that warranty on the respective product, up to the limit that FK will cover.
NGP Racing can only offer FK Warranty coverage on items which we have directly imported into the USA. Any FK items purchased elsewhere will have to go through that respective dealer to obtain coverage. We apologize for any inconvenience, but new warranty procedures from FK Automotive require this going forward from August of 2009.
FK suspensions are covered in defect in workmanship and materials (does not cover accident damage, improper install / use, extreme lowering, etc) with regards to the shock absorbers / dampers and springs until they are no longer owned by the original owner, or until the warranty period ends, whichever happens first. FK warranties products from 90 days up to a limited product lifetime warranty depending upon the product. Please contact us for details. This warranty does not cover housings, perches, seized perches, broken shock absorber adjusters, accident damage, or damage from improper use or installation, removed bump stops, removed helper springs, excessive lowering, or non-professional installation. FK Automotive / NGP Racing warranties any and all lighting and related product for 90 days from the original purchase date to the original purchaser, not including damage from over adjustment of leveling mechanisms, accident damage, failure due to use of un-approved bulbs or install damage. Some moisture / condensation is normal depending upon the conditons of build and time of year, and are not covered under warranty. Heavy leaks and significant problems with moisture are handled on a case by case basis.
In order to qualify for warranty coverage, proof of the following having been done at the time of install must be provided:
- -Oil change
- -Oil feed and return line replacement
- -New paper or cleaned reusable air filter
- -Spark plugs
- -Alll new gaskets and install hardware for turbo
- -Break in: 750 miles low RPM / load and low boost
ECU Upgrades / EPROM / Software:
Due to the large number of variables with regards to upgrading the ECU programming on a vehicle, especially as pertaining to the current level of service and maintenance, condition and usage of the vehicle, as well as possible extranous damage due to circumstances beyond our control including fuel quality, octane, installer error or user abuse, customers assume any and all responsibility for any and all damages associated with these ECU modifications and any related parts or services. NGP Racing is not liable for any part cost, labor fee, towing, or any other fees or costs related to the installation of performance software on a vehicle. Installation of performance software can result in lack of warranty coverage / voiding of warranty, as it pertains to the original issuer of said warranty, and NGP Racing makes no claims or guarantees with regards to warranty coverage.
Returns and Exchanges:
In the event a purchase must be returned, exchanged or repaired under warranty, you MUST contact us for a return authorization number.
Items are only eligible for return / exchange within a 30 day period from the product-shipped date. Items must be new and uninstalled, in resellable condition.
No returns will be accepted on electrical items, such as EPROMs (“chips”), parts which have been installed, international orders, or special order items.* (Some parts that are in our catalog as a regular listing, but not regularly stocked are considered special order) Certain exceptions can be made depending upon the situation, and as always, we will do our best to be flexible and fair. *APR Software has a 30 day return policy / satisfaction guarantee.
A 20% restocking fee may apply to all approved return items. All returns must have a proper RMA before being sent back to NGP and must be in new, uninstalled an resellable condition. Shipping is non-refundable once an order has been shipped.

You MUST print out the NGP RMA FORM to be included with the product being returned, along with a copy of your NGP purchase receipt. Please send your product back with UPS, Fedex or DHL only, insured for the proper amount. USPS is not an acceptable shipper for returned items and may result in significant delays or the loss of product and return. Please be sure to note your tracking number for any lost / damaged package claims. NGP cannot cover nor research any misplaced or lost / damaged packages which have either not been properly insured, or those without tracking numbers. Shipping costs are calculated based upon weight and volume. All prices are quoted through UPS, Fedex and USPS in real time, but we cannot guarantee all shipping prices quoted on our webstore to be accurate at all times. Of particular note are oversized items and international addresses.
FREE SHIPPING offers are only valid on regular sized (up to OS3) items within the contiguous 48 states, for standard ground shipping. Hawaii, Alaska, Canada, and any international destination will not receive free shipping unless the customer has worked out a special deal with an NGP sales person prior to ordering.

International Orders – All prices, shipping quotes and final charges from New German exclude any taxes or duties that might be due on a shipment outside the United States. The fees are due upon receipt of order and are to be paid in full by the customer / card holder. Our minimum freight and handling charge will vary depending on the items you are buying and your location. All freight costs which are displayed on the website are for estimate purposes only. All Lamin-X Products are shipped at a flat-rate price inside the contiguous 48 states. All headlight / taillight kits are $10.95. Please disregard the UPS shipping price shown if you have ordered only Lamin-X. NGP Racing Powder Coat Services does not warranty any object for structural or mechanical integrity after coating has taken place, or cover or warranty related systems or damages resulting from those powder coated items. It is the customer’s responsibility to notify NGP Racing of the manufacturing process of wheels, lips and centers, NGP Racing withholds the right not to coat certain items, and the customer takes full responsibility for the coating of wheels and other suspension / structural items, acknowledging that the heating process of powder coating can alter or change the strength of metal parts, depending upon their construction and method of manufacture.
