Maryland Governor Larry Hogan has announced that Maryland businesses can start to reopen while following strict social distancing and cleanliness guidelines. As the rest of the community around us re-opens, we will continue to put people first by using the enhanced cleaning and sanitization procedures that we’ve utilized while we’ve remained open during this pandemic. It’s important to note that these cleaning and sanitization efforts aren’t limited to only our shops; we also make sure to utilize them when handling customer vehicles to help keep you safe. We are reopening the inside waiting areas at our Maryland location, but in the spirit of social distancing we still urge our customers to make plans to drop off their vehicle when possible by utilizing our contact-free, curbside vehicle drop off and pick up service. For our customers that wish to remain indoors, we continue to offer vehicle pick up and delivery at both NGP locations. In addition, we are also offering free parts delivery from our Aberdeen facility and continue to process and ship orders placed on our website.
Appointment scheduling and parts requests can be completed via the usual channels listed below, and on our Facebook and Instagram pages. If you are interested in picking up parts from either location, we ask that you call ahead to confirm availability or to place your order.
