We have implemented two programs aimed at continuing to best serve our customers while keeping you and our staff safe. If you are booked or want to book a service appointment at either NGP location while also practicing social distancing, we are now offering vehicle pick up and delivery. To maintain the highest level of sanitization, we will be wiping down and sanitizing your vehicle’s door handles and interior surfaces at pick up and after delivery. This will be a contact-free service- we will process payments over the phone and place your key in a secure location of your choosing. Please contact us for details.
If you are hunkered down at home and working on your car as a distraction from our current events, we are also offering free parts delivery from our Aberdeen, MD location for all orders of $50 or greater. We will package and deliver your order while wearing gloves, and will leave your delivery on your doorstep or preferred secure location as part of a contact-free service. Our delivery area will cover Harford County and most of Baltimore County. However, if you live elsewhere please contact us to coordinate a home delivery. To place your home delivery order you can call us at 410-994-0000, or to utilize this service while shopping online simply choose In-Store Pick Up as your preferred shipping method, then make mention of free home delivery in your order notes.
