Made specifically with the daily driving enthusiast in mind, our Type I’s feature the best blend of handling and ride quality for their price range. You simply won’t find a better all around coilover system for your Volkswagen for the money. Unlike most “budget” coilovers that are only designed to lower your vehicle, our Type I’s actually give you an improved driving experience rather than detracting from it.

Each of our Type I applications are specifically tailored to their vehicle generation and feature custom calibrated springs in either a linear or progressive rate format. In addition, each coilover features a larger, more coarse spring perch threading to prevent grime buildup and allow for faster adjustment. They also utilize a single locking perch design, which prevents thread and locking ring binding issues that are common with coilover systems using dual perch designs.
